Product Overview

The fully automatic tube pneumatic filling and sealing machine is designed and manufactured for filling and sealing plastic tubes and composite tubes in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, chemical, adhesive and other industries.

Main working principle of the equipment

The main machine drives the 12-station turntable filling mold, the tube loading box automatically completes the tube feeding mold, the tube pressing device presses the tube to the working position, the tube is inspected and aligned, filling, internal heating (plastic tube), heat sealing (plastic tube), batch numbering, cooling (plastic tube), punching and cutting waste edges (plastic tube), and finished product output.

Equipment performance characteristics

1. The PLC programmable controller is used to program the whole machine operation, and the equipment's stepless speed regulation, parameter equipment, production counting statistics, air pressure indication, fault display and other operating conditions are fully grasped, making the operation simple and user-friendly.

2. The filling adopts pneumatic piston filling, with accurate filling volume, stable operation and low noise.

3. Fully automatic tube loading, labeling, filling, sealing, coding, and finished product output.

4. The high-precision labeling system reduces the color difference range of the tube body and the color mark.

5. The external adjustment part is convenient for quick and accurate adjustment (suitable for multi-specification and multi-variety production).

6. Integrated control of machine, light, electricity and gas to achieve no filling without tube, inadequate supply tube, low air pressure, and automatic display.
